As Strategy Director, I work in social strategy and activations, digital media, creative ideation, and brand building for startups and Fortune 500 companies.

Develop and distill consumer research and data to find new territory, products, strategies, and insights for brand growth and relevance.

Identify and report on trends and opportunities using audience tools like Simmons/ComScore and social listening platforms (Brandwatch/Crimson Hexagon).

Highlights: Restructured and launched a consumer-driven digital strategy for Cargill across its protein brands; helped Cambria concept and launch its first AR applications; created brand architecture and social strategy for three new cannabis brands as they launched in California; launched one of the world’s most creative intern applications.

Fast Horse

2018 – 2018

As Senior Strategist, I led the agency’s first integrated brand launch, combining digital media, social/influencer, press, and experiential work for national pet care brand, Comfort Zone.

Oversaw influencer activations for Jack Link’s and assisted in projects for Dos Equis College Game Day activations and Dunkin’s Iced Coffee, among others.

NovuHealth

2014–2016

Serving as Director of Content & Communications, I developed the company’s storyline, messaging and positioning, enabling it to secure first funding round.

Helped build the sales enablement function, developed the first sales personas, and led the implementation of its digital marketing and demand generation efforts, leading to the acquisition of some of the largest health plans in the country

Partnered with product and UX teams to better inform brand and digital output.

As part of the role, I managed a small team of content strategists, growing the team 50%.

 

Brady Public Relations

2009–2014

As Account Supervisor, I developed positioning, messaging, storytelling frameworks for early-to-mid stage startups. Successfully introduced and launched companies to press, analysts and industry influencers in the digital media, advertising, and e-commerce spaces.

Highlights: Promoted the world’s first Twitter Town Hall with President Obama; led PR for one of 2012’s best IPOs; successfully repositioned the dreaded negative review.
